Classic mulled wine

Ingredients:

  • 750 ml of red dry wine;
  • 2 tbsp. honey or sugar;
  • 1 orange;
  • 2 cinnamon sticks;
  • 3-4 cloves;
  • A pinch of nutmeg.

Preparation:

Slice the orange into circles and add to a saucepan with the wine. Pour in the spices and honey, then heat over medium heat without bringing to a boil. Let infuse for 10 minutes and pour into glasses.

Irish coffee

A classic drink for coffee lovers with a nice creamy texture and whiskey notes.

Ingredients:

  • 120 ml of hot black coffee;
  • 40 ml of Irish whiskey;
  • 1 tsp. brown sugar;
  • 30 ml whipped cream.

Preparation:

Dissolve the sugar in the hot coffee, add the whiskey and gently pour the whipped cream over the top. Do not stir – the cream should float on the surface.

Honey-Lemon Punch

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml of water;
  • 1 tbsp. honey;
  • ½ lemon;
  • 30 ml rum or bourbon;
  • A pinch of cinnamon.

Preparation:

Heat the water and mix with the honey. Add the juice of half a lemon, cinnamon and alcohol. Stir and enjoy!

Hot chocolate with spices

This thick drink will conquer sweet lovers.

Ingredients:

  • 250 ml of milk;
  • 50 g of dark chocolate;
  • 1 tsp. cocoa powder;
  • A pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg;
  • Whipped cream (optional).

Preparation:

Melt chocolate in hot milk, add cocoa and spices. Stir until smooth and garnish with cream.
